Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Care Home Director. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations and management of our residential dementia care home, ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents and staff while striving to improve our CQC rating.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations and management of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and our senior care team.
  • Supervise and support staff in providing quality person-centred care to our residents.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staff supervision and performance management.
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within a care home or nursing home is essential.
  • Experience of improving a home's CQC rating is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of care practices and working with dementia residents is required.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in care home management.
  • Driving Licence is required.
