We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health conditions, including dementia, to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
About the Role:- Work with a diverse range of patients, including older adults, in a community mental health setting.
- Conduct occupational assessments and develop personalized plans to support patients in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, doctors, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers to ensure effective communication and support.
- Participate in regular clinical and professional supervision to ensure high-quality care and ongoing professional development.
