We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director of Finance and Investment to join our team at Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB). Key Responsibilities
As our Executive Director of Finance and Investment, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing our financial strategy to support the delivery of our ambitious plans
- Leading our finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and planning
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication
- Providing strategic financial leadership and guidance to our leadership team and board

Person Specification
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Finance and Investment who has:
- Qualified accountant with full membership and evidence of up-to-date continuing professional development
- Substantial board level leadership experience and/or system leadership experience within a regulatory or similar environment
- Experience of managing highly sensitive situations with stakeholders and providing financial leadership, mentorship, and professional development at a very senior level
