Join Our Team as a Retail Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Retail Assistants at WHSmith in Bicester. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping our customers find what they need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Receive and process deliveries and stock replenishment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintain stock levels and display areas
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues
  • Operate tills and handle cash transactions
  • Maintain high standards of product quality and cleanliness

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Assistant, you will be working in a motorway services area, which means some of our sites may have limited or no access through public transport.
