Role Overview: As a key member of our team, you'll be the face of our business, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our customers. You'll have the opportunity to learn about our products and provide helpful advice to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and thank customers, ensuring a warm and friendly experience
  • Provide exceptional service, utilizing your knowledge to help customers find the best products
  • Efficiently process sales, orders, and refunds at the tills
  • Process deliveries and replenish stock
  • Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor and back of house
  • Stay up-to-date with company activity and promotions
  • Support floor moves, sale set-ups, and launches
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Experience:

  • Desirable experience in a customer service environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
