We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to join our team at Swift Temps Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our supply chain operations to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. **Logistics Management:** Plan and manage logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management. Negotiate contracts with suppliers, transportation companies, and warehousing providers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  2. **Supply Chain Logistics:** Carry out cost-effective planning of incoming and outgoing loads and routes to meet delivery times and budgets. Work closely with all stakeholders, including liaising with drivers and subcontractors to ensure appropriate knowledge is captured and shared.
  3. **Team Leadership:** Supervise and mentor supply chain and logistics team members, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities. Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
