About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Graduate Structural Engineer to join our team at Ayesa - UK and Ireland. As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions for complex engineering problems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work as part of a project team to deliver high-quality services to clients
* Ensure all designs meet set standards and are robust, value-based, and commissionable
* Inspect construction work and verify that all aspects of design are correctly implemented
* Monitor processes and results to ensure compliance with relevant safety, legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements
* Make appropriate judgments and decisions, exercising initiative as needed
* Assist at the tender stage of projects

Requirements:

* Minimum 2.1 degree or Master's in Civil or Structural Engineering
* Experience in structural and/or civil works is desirable but not essential for this position
* Proven technical knowledge of design in steel and reinforced concrete works and ability to use relevant software
* Experienced and confident with report writing and presentation skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and outside agencies, building effective working relationships and exceeding client expectations
* Adherence to all Codes of Practice, Design Standards, and Health and Safety Regulations
* Representation and promotion of Ayesa in a professional manner
* Commitment to Continued Professional Development and achieving Chartered status
