Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor (Chinook)

Indotronix Avani UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of aircraft technicians in the maintenance and repair of Chinook aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide forward support delivering primary maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of Chinook aircraft.
  • Lead the assembly, disassembly, and modification of systems, overseeing component change, removal, replacement, or upgrade to correct failures or implement changes.
  • Direct troubleshooting of assembly, disassembly, and modification or repair of Ch47 aircraft primary structures and complex aircraft systems.
  • Oversee validation/verification testing of systems and components to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Document procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
  • Inspect components and verify repairs for flightworthiness requirements.
  • Lead and supervise others to perform tasks associated with the safe handling of an aerospace vehicle.
  • Provide training and mentorship to others. Work under minimal direction.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience working on Military Aircraft, preferably with familiarity with the Chinook specifications and drawings.
  • Experience supervising a team of aircraft technicians.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Experience working with limited supervision.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
