Shift Patterns: 8:00-15:00, 15:00-22:00, 22:00-8:00

We are searching for compassionate and proactive Support Workers who are dedicated to improving the lives of those we assist. In this role, you will help individuals gain greater independence in their daily routines while collaborating with a dynamic team to support a wonderful group of people.
Our Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) service in Tewkesbury offers a friendly and welcoming atmosphere where every day presents new challenges and opportunities. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of those we support by:
- Teaching essential life skills
- Assisting with personal care
- Encouraging community engagement and social activities
- Participating in various enjoyable activities
Each day could involve anything from accompanying individuals on shopping trips to enjoying relaxing memory games together. This position is ideal for someone eager to make a significant impact on another person's life, helping them build confidence and independence to achieve their personal goals.
