Job Summary:
Randstad Care is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team in a Children and Families role. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and reviews to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and reviews to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and young people
- Developing and implementing care plans
- Providing support and guidance to children, families, and carers
- Collaborating with multi-agency teams to deliver effective interventions
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records
Requirements:
- Member of the PVG scheme
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent
- Member of the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
- Experience working with children and families
