About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns to engage, acquire, and foster loyalty among our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Digital Presence: Manage and optimize our client's websites and social media platforms to ensure they showcase the latest content and convey key messages consistently.
  2. Engagement Campaigns: Develop and execute campaigns to engage, acquire, and foster loyalty among our client's target audiences, which include enterprises, external trainers, training partners, and AI professionals.
  3. Strategic Insight: Gain a deep understanding of our client's value proposition and target audience needs, translating them into a comprehensive marketing strategy.
  4. Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign and event performance, providing recommendations for future enhancements and optimization.
  5. Annual Marketing Plan: Contribute to the development of an annual marketing plan that aligns with our client's business goals.
  6. Marketing Automation: Optimize, scale, and enhance marketing activities using marketing automation systems, learner data, and customer data.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in online marketing within an international B2B context.
  • Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and collaboration with paid search agencies.
  • Familiarity with creative, CRM, marketing automation, and content management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Interest in and understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its industry applications.
  • Occasional travel required, with office presence in Amsterdam (3 days a week preferred).
