Reed Property & Construction is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join their team in Ferndown, Dorset. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for managing the project plan for new property refurbishments and major projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans for new property refurbishments and major projects.
- Provide regular updates to the board on project progress, including cost performance and major programme elements.
- Manage the supply chain and purchasing of major project components, sourcing new suppliers as needed.
- Maintain a good understanding of Health & Safety Legislation and Building Regulations.
- Utilize experience in office refurbishment to drive project success.
- Coordinate project activities with a focus on performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with design and site management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Apply strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, and Outlook.
- Understand the contracting process, procurement, and supply chain management.
- Possess SMSTS or SSSTS certification and a CSCS card.
- Hold a full UK driving license.
