About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Reporting Analyst or Reconciliation Oversight Analyst. As a key member of our Investment Management Operations team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely periodic reporting for our clients in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Reporting: Produce regular client reports, including valuation, transaction, performance, attribution, accounting, and bespoke reporting.
  • Oversight: Conduct daily management and oversight of our offshore team, ensuring that all core reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.
  • Reconciliation: Review daily reporting of core reconciliations, hold weekly management meetings with offshore management, and escalate follow-ups with internal and external parties to close out aging breaks.
  • Project Support: Assist with project work, data gathering, analysis, and user acceptance testing as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in asset management, banking, or other financial services-related business.
  • Qualifications: Degree-level education in a relevant discipline (e.g., accounting or finance) and professional qualifications such as IAQ or IMC.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Attributes: Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
