Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class 2 Driver to join our team at HSS Hire. As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting equipment to our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the safe transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and collect equipment to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct daily and weekly vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Drive the company vehicle responsibly and safely, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Represent the company and its values, providing a professional and courteous service to customers.

Requirements:

  • A valid Category C (Class 2) driving license.
  • A valid driver qualification card and digital tachograph card.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer inquiries.
  • Knowledge of safe loading and transporting of hazardous goods.
  • Demonstrated compliance with manual handling regulations.
