Job Title: Store Manager / Branch Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager / Branch Manager to join our team at Venture Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our retail recruitment consultancy, you will be responsible for leading our store operations and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective store strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Collaborate with our retail clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of our retail recruitment services and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a trade merchant or retail DIY store environment.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Full driving license and ability to travel to client meetings and store locations.
