Job Title: School Outreach and Engagement Liaison

OxEd and Assessment is a University of Oxford spinout company dedicated to developing educational assessment apps and interventions. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Outreach and Engagement team as a School Outreach and Engagement Liaison.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with schools registered for our products and services. This will involve contacting schools via phone and email to encourage engagement with our services, with the ultimate goal of increasing usage and enhancing relationships between OxEd and schools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the liaison between OxEd and schools registered to use the NELI programme
  • Maintain and enhance good relationships with OxEd's existing school user base
  • Proactively follow up on school engagement with OxEd's products and services
  • Meet daily and weekly targets in terms of schools contacted, programme engagement, etc.
  • Support with outreach and engagement tasks as needed across the operations and marketing team
Requirements:
  • Experienced in cold-calling and proactive outreach to customers
  • Experience in calling schools in the UK as part of a customer success or sales-focused role a plus
  • Able to adapt communication to the needs of the school and their specific circumstances
  • Must be based in, and have the legal right to work in, the UK for the duration of the contract
