Housing Officer Role

Join Sellick Partnership in their search for a skilled Housing Officer to support their client in Northamptonshire. This dynamic role involves delivering an effective housing management service, including tenancy management and enforcement, as well as supporting the delivery of an income collection service where needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an effective housing management service, including tenancy management and enforcement
  • Support the delivery of an income collection service where needed
  • Deal with elements of Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB)
  • Undertake an effective lettings service where needed
  • Support the provision of an effective void, repairs and maintenance service
  • Ensure neighbourhoods are safe and clean
  • Deliver an effective end-to-end investigation and resolution service for customers experiencing anti-social behaviour in their homes
  • Ensure all activities are within budgetary constraints, including estate services expenditure
Requirements:
  • Experience within a Tenancy Management focused role
  • Able to undertake a DBS check (or have an up to date one)
  • Access to a vehicle with business insurance
