Position Overview:

CROWD CREATIVE is collaborating with a distinguished mid-sized architectural firm renowned for its contributions to public sector initiatives. We are seeking a Project and Quality Manager to enhance our operations in London.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the effective delivery of projects while upholding exceptional quality standards. You will work in tandem with the senior leadership team, overseeing project schedules, financial plans, and resource allocation, while also establishing and enforcing quality assurance measures to guarantee that all outputs meet or surpass the expected benchmarks.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project leaders to synchronize project efforts and address any challenges that may arise, effectively communicating modifications to project and quality management protocols.
  • Design, implement, and uphold quality assurance frameworks and procedures to ensure all projects align with the company's quality benchmarks.
  • Assess potential project risks and formulate strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the successful completion of projects.
  • Encourage a culture of ongoing improvement by identifying and executing process enhancements to boost efficiency and quality.
  • Compile and deliver regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive and precise documentation of project activities and results.
  • Facilitate ISO audits in partnership with external consultants.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management within the built environment sector.
  • Familiarity with document control systems.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in meeting deadlines, managing multiple tasks, and prioritizing effectively.
  • Experience with Rapport and Newforma is advantageous.
