About the Role

Walker & Sloan Ltd | Certified B Corp is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale digital projects for our enterprise B2B clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project manager to join our dedicated London team and deliver complex digital projects from inception through to ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small team of Project Managers, ensuring best practices are followed and providing leadership across multiple projects.
  • Work closely with C-suite stakeholders and technical teams to guide project delivery for Tier 1 clients.
  • Ensure budgets and timelines are met, and that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones to deliver projects that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, and develop creative solutions to overcome project challenges.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, with expertise in CMS web builds (Umbraco, Sitecore, or Optimizely preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
  • Experience working with Agile, SCRUM, or Prince 2 methodologies.
  • Confidence in collaborating with senior stakeholders and delivering high-quality, on-time digital projects.
  • A proactive problem-solver, able to anticipate issues and suggest creative solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building strong client relationships.
  • Experience with resource management and managing large budgets.
