The Principal AI/ML Engineer is tasked with delivering groundbreaking solutions to our clients' intricate challenges (Technically Complex or Novel Research), guiding teams of engineers in executing a blend of small-scale, early-stage research initiatives and algorithmic components of extensive, multi-disciplinary development projects.

In your role as our next Principal AI/ML Engineer, you will be hands-on, actively providing technical expertise across a wide array of AI/ML domains, including Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, and Natural Language Processing.

Key Qualifications...

* Demonstrated experience in AI/ML R&D in computer vision, reinforcement learning, or NLP.

* Extensive experience in conceptualizing innovative applications of AI/ML techniques, particularly in adapting and implementing academic research.

* Strong grasp of software engineering principles - Proven experience in leading agile teams and delivering complex solutions efficiently.

In this role, you will be leading engineering teams (sometimes multiple at once) on AI/ML-related R&D projects, specifically offering technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
