Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at our Nuneaton Hub. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse operatives and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of warehouse operatives and ensure they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our operational targets.
  • Monitor and control the flow of goods through the warehouse, ensuring that all parcels are processed and dispatched on time.
  • Work closely with the Process Manager to ensure that all quality and safety standards are met, and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews with your team to ensure they are meeting their targets and developing their skills.
  • Ensure that all reporting documentation and manifests are maintained to the required standard and timescales.
Requirements
  • PC literate and experienced in using Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience of logistics or distribution and ideally managing a team of operatives.
  • Ability to work at pace to challenging targets within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to influence using data and your natural charm.
