Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team in all sales and operational processes, ensuring high standards and driving commercial growth.
  • Recruit, nurture, and develop a high-performing team capable of achieving business objectives.
  • Manage controllable costs, including stock orders and cleaning supplies, to eliminate wastage and overspend.
  • Ensure central processes, such as FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND, and MOVE, are followed and delivered to the highest level consistently.

  • Lead the recruiting, monitoring, training, and onboarding of new team members within your gym.
