This position will report directly to the Area Manager and will oversee the daily operations of our counter. As a Trinny London Artist, you will be at the core of our mission to equip customers with the tools they need to look and feel their best every day, utilizing our innovative, stackable makeup and award-winning skincare products.

Key Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Leading your team by example, achieving personal targets, and enhancing product knowledge.

- Managing the daily operations of your counter, including creating strategic business plans.
- Overseeing scheduling, payroll, and HR documentation.

- Utilizing team meetings to provide feedback on counter performance.
- Monitoring team performance against business objectives and KPIs, addressing any issues as needed.
- Motivating your team to enhance their skills and knowledge through available resources.
- Conducting regular performance reviews and supporting team development.
- Addressing any performance or conduct issues in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
