We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Hill House Care Home in South Elstree. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to our residents and supporting our care team in providing exceptional service.

• Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Coach and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals.
• Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident.
