About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Risk Assessor to join our team at Thrive Homes Careers. As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization remains legally compliant with all fire safety matters and actively promotes fire safety throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure fire safety compliance at Thrive Homes, keeping abreast of changes to legislation, regulation, best practice, and advice from governing bodies.
  • Assist in implementing changes as a result of new information or updates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate fire risks.
  • Develop and maintain fire safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular fire risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Hold a formal fire safety qualification, such as a CFPA Fire Diploma or NEBOSH Fire Certificate.
  • Proven experience in fire risk assessment and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

At Thrive Homes Careers, we offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package, including:

  • Salary up to £50,000 per annum.
  • 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, flexibility negotiable).
