We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Network Architect to join our team at CBS Butler. The successful candidate will have a background in Defence, pre-sales, and bid experience, with a strong understanding of network and routing protocols.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to Delivery Executives and Solution Owners, creating innovative network solutions and offerings against customer requirements. They will also be responsible for producing estimates, including BOMs, licensing, and effort based on chosen methodology.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable design experience in proposing and utilising technologies from a variety of industry leading technology vendors. They will also have previous experience working alongside customers to derive requirements, as well as experience in requirements management and associated tooling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to Delivery Executives and Solution Owners
- Create innovative network solutions and offerings against customer requirements
- Produce estimates, including BOMs, licensing, and effort based on chosen methodology
- Support the Lead Bid Architect/Solution Owner in defining designs in line with requirements
Requirements:
- Demonstrable design experience in proposing and utilising technologies from a variety of industry leading technology vendors
- Previous experience working alongside customers to derive requirements
- Experience in requirements management and associated tooling
- Previous experience working on bids and/or large and complex changes
- Solid understanding of a variety of network and routing protocols
- Experience with Network Management or SIEM designs, tooling or support
- Demonstrable troubleshooting skills and approach to defect resolution
- SDWAN experience is advantageous
