Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manufacturing Engineering Lead to join our team at Premea. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of manufacturing engineering solutions for our premium brand Automotive client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish business requirements and engage with stakeholders and customers to present sound engineering solutions.
  • Lead the end result through to delivery, including management tasks and coordination of similar activities with other engineers in the project delivery team.
  • Develop and implement logistic engineering concepts and systems used in the market.
  • Ensure excellent knowledge of logistic engineering methods, materials, and skills to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Provide excellent organisational and project management skills to support the development and costing of proposals, right through to delivery and final project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant KPIs and promote a Zero harm culture within the project team.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree qualified or equivalent experience in Infrastructure, Plant, Electrical or Mechanical disciplines/industry.
  • Experience in contractor management and site installations to deliver benchmark Site Safety performance.
  • Broad knowledge of logistic engineering concepts and systems used in the market.
  • Excellent knowledge of logistic engineering methods, materials, and skills to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of supporting the development and costing of proposals, right through to delivery and final project completion.
