Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day project operations to ensure efficient and profitable project delivery.
  • Monitor and enforce Health and Safety practices and CDM Regulations on site.

  • Provide support to the site team to optimize the use of contract resources.
  • Maintain deadlines in line with requirements.
  • Provide cover for other associated staff during times of absence.
Requirements
  • Proven and recent experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager ready to take the next step.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • Construction-related qualifications, such as HNC/HND or Trade-related qualifications.
