We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at One Stop. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the team to deliver a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Ensure the store is always clean, tidy, and well-presented.
- Replenish products in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
- Manage queues and provide excellent customer service.
- Support the Store Manager in coordinating seasonal events and promotions.
- Monitor and report on store performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence.
