Job Requirements- Accurately interpret technical drawings, measurements, and cutting lists to ensure precise and accurate joinery production.
- Operate various woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools to cut, shape, and join materials.
- Prepare materials, including cutting, sanding, and shaping timber or other appropriate materials to the required specifications.
- Deliver on exact product specifications to tight tolerances.
- You enjoy working to tight tolerances and being precise in your work.
- You are comfortable with repetitive tasks, particularly in the manufacturing of commercial orders requiring hundreds of identical items.
- You thrive in a close-knit team environment where collaboration is essential.
