Your new role, reporting to the Finance Director, will involve:

  • Processing and coding invoices with accuracy and efficiency
  • Making timely payments to suppliers
  • Resolving supplier queries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Raising sales invoices with attention to detail
  • Conducting bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
  • Allocating payments with precision
  • Coordinating intercompany reconciliations
  • Assisting in month-end preparation with a focus on quality and timeliness
  • Liaising with the commercial team on a regular basis to ensure seamless communication

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in a similar role with a strong track record of success
  • Good IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
