Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Auto Skills UK. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Service Department, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange Service Department bookings and ensure efficient workshop loading.
- Attend to all customer requirements to the expected standards, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Upsell works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans to increase revenue and customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership environment.
- Previous experience using Kerridge / ADP or other essential dealer systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service department and work effectively under pressure.
- Full clean UK Driving Licence.
