Key Duties:
  • Assist in the ongoing evaluation and enhancement of Thirteen's co-regulation and customer engagement framework to ensure its effectiveness; provide customer insights to support our strategic objectives.
  • Prepare reports on your findings for the board, committees, and leadership team, ensuring effective governance records are maintained.
  • Act as a liaison between our engaged customers and Thirteen, making a positive impact for all customers and contributing to the future direction of Thirteen by engaging with a diverse range of community members.
About You:
  • We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about advocating for the customer voice at Thirteen; someone proactive, innovative, and knowledgeable about co-regulation legislation and regulatory standards.
  • You should be comfortable communicating with diverse audiences, including delivering relevant training and facilitating sessions.
  • Constructive challenge will be part of your role, so you must be adept at negotiation and able to articulate your views while considering others' perspectives.
  • While being a proactive team member, you should also encourage collaboration and contribute ideas for improving our processes and systems, particularly in automation and technology utilization.
  • In addition to data collection, you will analyze and report on scrutiny and insights, performance metrics, trends, and outcomes, making it essential to identify trends, recognize risks, and ensure compliance.
