About the Role:

We are looking for chefs with a DBS clearance (or those willing to obtain one) to start immediately. This temporary position is perfect for culinary professionals seeking additional shifts alongside existing commitments or those desiring a longer-term opportunity with the potential for permanent employment.

Applicants must be available to travel to and from Stoke-on-Trent during early mornings and late evenings, between 11am and 10pm. You will have the flexibility to select your preferred shifts based on availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general food preparation tasks
  • Exhibit prior chef experience
  • Efficiently manage deliveries
  • Handle dishwashing and utensil cleaning duties
  • Work independently within a designated kitchen section
  • Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Maintain personal chef attire and equipment

Required Skills:

  • Possess a Food Hygiene Level 2 certification (obtained within the last three years)
  • Demonstrate relevant experience as a chef
  • Be willing to undertake necessary cleaning tasks
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Work proactively both independently and as part of a team
  • Effectively communicate and report any issues to relevant parties
  • Display a strong work ethic and reliability
  • Have experience in a similar role or environment
