Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Harrison Scott Associates. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality packaging materials and supplies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Procurement of Packaging Materials: Source and procure packaging materials, including corrugated cartons, carton board cartons, FSDUS/POS, and other packaging supplies.
  2. Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality packaging materials.
  3. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.
  4. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that packaging materials are always available when needed.
  5. Cost Savings: Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the procurement process.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
