We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Harrison Scott Associates. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality packaging materials and supplies for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Procurement of Packaging Materials: Source and procure packaging materials, including corrugated cartons, carton board cartons, FSDUS/POS, and other packaging supplies.
- Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality packaging materials.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that packaging materials are always available when needed.
- Cost Savings: Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the procurement process.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
