Job Overview

Rituals is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rituals Expert to join our in-store management team at Cribbs Causeway. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with store managers and assistant store managers to achieve business objectives
  • Mentor and train Rituals Advisors to improve their product knowledge and sales skills
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Strong motivation to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
