FIND | Creating Futures has partnered with a renowned Data and Leadership Education Provider to recruit Data Coaches for their business.


In this role, you will be coaching and training Level 3 Data apprentices from various companies and industries.


This apprenticeship program is designed to up-skill and equip aspiring data professionals in data literacy and effective data usage within business.


As a Data Coach, you will work with apprentices from start to finish, educating them on best data practices and enhancing their data literacy skills, making a lasting impact on their careers and workplaces.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized one-on-one coaching and mentoring on data concepts and application
  • Deliver interactive workshops on data areas and techniques
  • Work on real-world datasets and challenges with learners to build confidence and problem-solving skills
  • Train and coach on essential data tools like advanced Excel and visualization platforms (Power BI or Tableau)
  • Offer continuous feedback and support on learner progress, helping them overcome obstacles


This is a 100% remote role with no mandated face-to-face work or travel. You can work from anywhere in the UK.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of data analytics experience
  • Experience in coaching or training (as a Mentor, Coach, Trainer, Instructor, Lecturer, Tutor, or Teacher)
  • Strong Power BI or Tableau experience


Starting salary: £50,000 - £68,000
