The Care Plus Group is seeking an experienced and skilled Operational Manager to lead our Adult Neurodiversity Services team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and ADHD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver person-centered services to individuals with neurodiverse needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Provide professional guidance and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new services and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with adults with learning disabilities, autism, and ADHD.
  • Experience of managing a team and leading service development.
  • Strong understanding of professional boundaries and ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Ability to liaise with external agencies and stakeholders.
  • Previous experience of budget management and resource allocation.
  • Ability to work towards positive outcomes for service users.
  • Effective communication and report writing skills.
