C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Travel Store Manager to join their team in Edinburgh. As a key member of the retail team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed retail sales targets by driving sales and converting bookings.
- Measure the financial performance of staff and ensure the best possible productivity.
- Day-to-day running of the store, including operations and administration.
- Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to drive sales and build relationships.
- Experience in managing a retail travel store with profit and staff responsibility.
- A strong track record of delivering sales results and exceptional service.
- A genuine passion for travel, especially long-haul destinations.
- Good understanding of the sales and commercial aspects of tour operating, including scheduled flights.
- Excellent working knowledge of at least one travel agent or tour operator's reservation system.
- Excellent package, including a performance-related bonus.
- 23 days holiday and holiday concessions.
