Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Manager to join our team at Anglian Home Improvements. As a Field Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service during the installation phase of their contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer experiences, adhering to Anglian's high standards.
  • Manage Installer Teams: Coordinate, inspect, and monitor all aspects of the installation process, ensuring that installations are completed within agreed timescales and Anglian's quality standards.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Maintain compliance with statutory and local authority requirements, and adhere to Company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
  • Handle Customer Queries: Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries, complaints, and calls.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management: Work with senior management to resolve customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Retentions and Payments: Ensure timely and accurate management of retentions and payments according to contract terms.
  • Engage with Installers: Engage new Installer teams and support Service Engineers as needed.
Performance Measures
  • Quality of Installations: Ensure high-quality installations and customer service.
  • Timely Completion: Complete calls and customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Revenue Generation: Contribute to revenue generation and debt management.
  • Standards and Training: Adhere to standards and training for installers.
  • Tender Processes: Successfully execute tender processes.
Requirements
  • Good Numerical Aptitude: Possess good numerical aptitude and communication skills.
  • Qualifications: Hold GCSE or equivalent in English and maths (Grade C or above).
  • Experience: Have 2+ years' experience or qualification in high-volume residential or construction projects.
  • People Management Skills: Possess appropriate skills in people management and coaching.
