Facade Engineer – Oak

Location: Uxbridge

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the façade design workflow, leveraging commercial acumen, contractual knowledge, project timelines, and technical proficiency.
  • Familiarity with diverse systems including Cavity Barriers, Glazing, Curtain Walling, among others.
  • Create detailed construction drawings, procurement timelines, and fabrication schematics.
  • Employ Revit models to generate technical submissions.
  • Address project-related challenges and ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Assess and critique design outputs for feasibility and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Structural Engineering, or Building Design.
  • Understanding of materials such as steel, aluminum, and glass.
  • Expertise in Revit/AutoCAD and office productivity software.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
