Restaurant Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Cherryred. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

  • Lead and manage a high-performing restaurant team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and safety regulations, as well as internal audits and quality control measures.
  • Manage inventory, financial controls, and other operational aspects of the restaurant to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
