Join Our Team as a BMW Group Operations Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Process Management and Quality team as a BMW Group Operations Training Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing process and system training for our internal operations and outsourcing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain learning journeys for all customer contact roles
  • Design, develop, and maintain the process and system training library to ensure accuracy, adequacy, and up-to-date content
  • Assist in delivering training to both individuals and groups
  • Learn how to design digital training
  • Create engaging content, including filming and editing
  • Assist in working on multiple projects to understand how to plan training and schedule appropriately
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion and interest in the automotive industry
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use initiative and manage own projects/workload autonomously

  • A competitive annual salary of £23,700, 27 days holiday per annum (pro rata to contract), and an attractive pension scheme
  • Contracted working hours of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, promoting a fulfilling work-life balance
