Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects, working closely with our experienced team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a construction or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and other construction software.
