We currently have an opening in our Warranty Department for a Warranty Claims Specialist, who will report directly to the Warranty Administration Team Leader.

This is a full-time (39 hours per week), permanent role, offering the flexibility of Hybrid Working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Warranty mailbox effectively.
  • Address warranty inquiries from Dealers across Europe.
  • Support the analysis of warranty data and trends to minimize warranty expenditures.
  • Assist in the recovery of warranty costs.
  • Process warranty claims while ensuring adherence to HYMH policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate the administration of Field Product Improvements and Incident Reports.
  • Contribute to month-end closure and reporting processes.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Preferably educated to HNC/HND level or possess at least two years of experience in a customer-facing role with the capability to resolve daily inquiries and escalate issues as necessary.
  • A self-motivated individual with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines, demonstrating initiative in referencing technical manuals for information on Forklift Truck hydraulic and electrical systems, engines, and transmissions.
  • Proficient in PC/Microsoft Office and other relevant systems.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure thoroughness and accuracy in task completion.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks with competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
  • A collaborative team player who demonstrates initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills.
