CNC Milling Machine Programmer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Machine Programmer to join our team in Merthyr Tydfil. As a CNC Milling Machine Programmer, you will be responsible for setting and maintaining up to 8 CNC Milling machines, ensuring accurate part dimensions and tolerances, and using measuring equipment to check and maintain correct part dimensions and tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program and set up CNC Milling machines to produce high-quality parts.
  2. Develop and implement efficient machining processes to meet production targets.
  3. Collaborate with engineering teams to understand design requirements and specifications.
  4. Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC Milling machines to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth production flow and meet customer demands.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CNC Milling programming and operation.
  • Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £37,440 - £52,000 negotiable.
  • Monday - Thursday 7.00am - 4.30pm schedule.
