Asbestos Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As a leading hazardous materials testing, surveying, and consultancy firm, we are looking for a skilled professional to conduct asbestos surveys, collect samples, and prepare detailed reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition asbestos surveys across various properties.
  • Collect bulk samples for analysis and prepare detailed survey reports promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, management, and tenants, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Stay informed about health and safety regulations concerning asbestos and represent the company professionally.
Requirements:
  • BOHS P402 certification.
  • Full UK driving license with a readiness to travel.
  • Flexibility regarding commuting and occasional out-of-hours work.
  • Proficiency in IT, with knowledge of TEAMS systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
