Job Title: Graduate Electrical Engineer - Building Services Engineering

Location: Nottingham City

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Circa £27,000

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our team at Konker. As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and installing electrical systems in buildings, working closely with our experienced team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and install electrical systems in buildings, including HVAC, electrical, and sustainability systems
  • Use industry-leading software such as Revit, Amtech, IES, Dialux, and Relux to create detailed designs and models
  • Collaborate with our team of engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of electrical design principles and industry standards
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues

Requirements:

  • Electrical & Electronic or Building Services Design degree, Masters level preferably
  • Good understanding and experience using AutoCAD, Amtech, and Revit would be ideal but not essential
  • Ability to work well in a close-knit team and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Hard working, flexible, and versatile individual who is not afraid to ask questions and learn
