Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network & Hardware Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fiber optic networks, FTTH configurations, and basic networking hardware troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain fiber optic networks, including FTTH deployments.
• Configure and troubleshoot various networking hardware devices, such as switches, OLTs, MikroTik routers, and SFP modules.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop, implement, and upgrade network infrastructure, ensuring optimal redundancy and performance.
• Maintain high operational excellence by prioritizing network uptime and stability.
• Optimize 10G network mapping, management, and maintenance.
• Manage an inventory of all networking hardware assets.
• Contribute to the technical development of the business by streamlining processes, including CRM platforms, internet service management systems, and security protocols.
• Provide technical support to customers, resolving internet-related issues and general IT inquiries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in network administration and support.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting computers, computer hardware, and LAN networking devices (routers, access points, switches).
• Solid understanding of internet security and data privacy principles.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
