About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Senior Consultant to join our team at KPMG Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Power Platform solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and propose Power Platform solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
  • Design and develop custom Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power Pages, and Power BI reports/dashboards to meet client requirements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, solution architecture, and user guides.
  • Participate in the end-to-end development lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes using Power Platform and recommend innovative solutions to enhance client operations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies and provide thought leadership within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, UX/UI designers, and data engineers, to ensure seamless integration of Power Platform solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Power Platform development, with a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Proficiency in creating model-driven and canvas Power Apps with experience using AI builder a plus.
  • Prior experience developing Power Automate flows, Power Pages, and Power BI reports/dashboards, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Prior experience managing a team of developers and coordinating project deliverables.
  • Solid understanding of data integration techniques, including working with APIs, connectors, and data sources such as Azure and Dataverse.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (Power Apps Developer, Power Platform Functional Consultant, etc.) are a plus.
  • Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is highly desirable.
